Get Informed

How soon should I place my order?

The sooner the better! We recommend 30 days in advance; we can accept orders up to 14 days prior to the event date depending on product and availability. This helps ensure that we have the right products in stock for your balloon design.

When is my balance due?

The balance must be paid in full (5) days prior to the event date. If not paid by the due date services will not be provided for the event. Orders placed within 7 days of the event must be paid in full prior to the event date.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, there is a $200 minimum order on installations. A 20% fee will be applied to all installations.

How can I reserve my date?

Booking is only official once a 50% deposit has been made on your order, this ensures that your date and time are reserved.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things happen, but also understand that by submitting any form of payment, you are reserving B2P to be available for an extended amount of time on the day of your event. This in turn limits the number of events that B2P can service on that day. Also, understand that parts of the order will be custom made and supplies will be purchased ahead of time. Because of this, understand that any payments made will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

How do I get pricing?

How do I request a quote?

Complete the "Request a Quote" form.

What type of payment do you take?

You can pay directly through the invoice with a credit card or Paypal (fees apply for these two forms of payment). We also accept cash and check made to the order of Blown 2 Perfection.

Where do you deliver?

We are located in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area and deliver locally. However, we love to spread cheer and will deliver outside of the Cincinnati area. Delivery fees are based on location and size of balloon designs.

Are your balloon designs latex-free?

No one should have to suffer a life without balloons, many of our designs contain latex. However, we can provide foil only designs, but know that foil balloons are much pricier than latex balloons and can be very sensitive to temperature changes.

Do you breakdown the balloons after the event is over?

Yes, our striking and design removal fee starts at $50 per hour, with a one-hour minimum.

Do you have a color chart?

Yes. We have Qualatex Rainbow of Colors. Betallic The Beauty of Color chart.

How long do balloons last?

Indoor balloons have been known to last up to a week or longer depending on the atmosphere they are in. We really cannot guarantee their lifetime.

Will my balloons last outside?

Weather & Atmosphere Conditions: B2P cannot be held responsible for decorations installed in an uncontrolled climate. There is no guarantee for any type of outdoor decorations. However, we will do all that we can while on site to fix any balloons. If they pop and we are no longer on-site, we may be many miles away and unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do.

Is your work eco-friendly?

Can I use my own purchased balloons?

Corporate Logo Balloons and special printed balloons specifically for your event will be the only balloons excepted.
