How the Quote and Booking Process Works
Step 1: Submit your event details
Share your date, venue address, décor type, theme colors, budget range, and inspiration photos.
Step 2: Receive recommendations & pricing
We review your details and respond with décor options and a clear quote based on your space and event goals.
Step 3: Reserve your date with a retainer
A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to reserve your event date. Your date is not secured until the retainer is received.
Step 4: Final payment & confirmation
The remaining balance is due no later than 10 business days before the event date. If final payment is not received by the due date, services may be canceled and all payments made are non-refundable.
Step 5: Delivery and installation
We arrive for the agreed setup window and install your décor professionally.
Step 6: Teardown if requested
Teardown is available by request. If teardown is not purchased, the client is responsible for disposal of décor.
