Meet the Owner
Meet Keisha Foney owner and operator of Blown 2 Perfection, Balloon Décor. Keisha was first
introduced to the world of balloons in 2015 while helping a friend set up a wedding. As she
watched how exquisitely the balloon creations came to life, she became intrigued by balloons.
She was inspired by her friend who later became her mentor, to take a balloon class. Some
years later, balloons are her passion. Keisha has put her heart into each design no matter how
big or how small she gives 100% to all she designs and has built a brand that represents quality
and creativity.
Our Commitment to environmentally safe practices.
We are committed to using top quality products that are safe for the environment. Our latex
balloons are not plastic and are made from natural rubber which is biodegradable. Our helium
inflated balloons are weighted to a balloon weight to prevent being released into the air, as
balloon releases pollute and cause harm to the environment. Being a member of the Pro
Environment Balloon Alliance, we stand by our practices by properly disposing of balloons and
doing our part to keep the environment safe.
